What this waitlist means

By joining the BrandScribe waitlist, you're expressing interest in early access to our AI content creation platform when it launches. This is not a purchase, pre-order, or guarantee of service.

What we promise (and don't)

• We'll keep you updated about BrandScribe's development and launch
• Waitlist members may get early access or special launch offers - but we can't promise specific benefits
• We reserve the right to determine who gets early access and when
• We may close or pause the waitlist at any time

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information
• Don't share fake details or sign up multiple times
• Don't use the waitlist for spam or commercial purposes beyond your genuine interest

Intellectual property

All BrandScribe branding, content, and materials remain our property. Joining the waitlist doesn't grant you any rights to our IP.

Changes and termination

We can update these terms anytime. Continued participation means you accept any changes. We can remove anyone from the waitlist without explanation, though we'll only do this if needed.

Limitation of liability

The waitlist is provided as-is. We're not liable for any issues arising from your participation, including if the product never launches or changes significantly from what's described.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
